Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

The scopes of work include construction of an approximately 2m deep electrical vault, installation of a modular building to facilitate a new electrical room adjacent to the existing station, installation of a retaining wall, and installation and upgrades of new water distribution pumps and valves. Vault and modular building to include above grade superstructure with electrical and mechanical scopes. The work encompasses Division 3 - Concrete Supply, Division 3 - Concrete Reinforcing, Division 5 - Metals, Division 7 - Thermal and Moisture Protection, Division 23 - Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Division 26 - Electrical, Division 28 - Electronic Safety and Security, Division 31 - Earthworks, Division 32 - Paving, Division 32 - Fencing, and Division 40 - Process Piping Fabrication.
