The PRQ is addressed to the following categories of contractors: Prime Mechanical Contractors (pre-qualify up to 10 proponents), Plumbing and Heating Contractors (pre-qualify up to 6 proponents), Ventilation and Sheet Metal Ductwork Contractors (pre-qualify up to 8 proponents), Refrigeration Specialist Contractors (pre-qualify up to 4 proponents). Instructions to bidders include selecting the appropriate category and submitting qualifications for prequalification consideration. Pre-qualification requirements: Contractors must meet the specific category requirements as either a Prime Mechanical Contractor, Plumbing and Heating Contractor, Ventilation and Sheet Metal Ductwork Contractor, or Refrigeration Specialist Contractor, and submit documentation demonstrating their qualifications for the selected category.
