Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be done under this contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment to construct complete in place the watermain and all appurtenances as shown on the drawings, plans and as specified herein. The Contractor shall excavate all materials encountered, furnish and compact foundations where required, furnish and install all timbering, sheeting and bracing necessary to safely support all work, remove all water, protect, repair, relocate, maintain and restore all sub-surface, surface and overhead structures directly or indirectly disturbed, injured or affected by their operations and provide all backfilling and furnish all other appurtenant items and services as necessary. SAP 110-148-002 Furnish and install the following estimated quantities: 43,240 SQYD Mill Bituminous Surface (2"), 2110 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter Design B618, 4760 TON MnDOT 2360 Type SP9.5 (2,B) SPWEA240B Wearing Course, 40,587 LF 4" Solid Line Multi Comp. Work includes areas of manhole rehabilitation, water utilities, roadway pavement markings, traffic control devices (signals, signing, etc.), sidewalks, curbs, gutters, trails and/or multipurpose trails, street road asphalt resurfacing and milling, sawcutting sidewalk pavement, ADA curb ramps, erosion control slope and bank stabilization, traffic control, pavement resurface and rehabilitation, and paving (trail paving).
