As of April 15, 2026 project was awarded to Dorner Inc., awarded amount is $4,882,117.91. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. All requests for interpretation must be received at least five business days prior to the day set for receiving Bids. The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: 5,300 linear feet (LF) of sanitary force main; 2,380 LF of 8-inch (IN) to 15-IN sanitary sewer; 3,170 LF of 6-IN to 8-IN water main; 2,120 LF of 12-IN to 36-IN storm sewer; 3,700 LF of roadway reconstruction with full or spot curb and gutter replacement; 11,200 square yards (SY) of mill and overlay; and 800 SY of sidewalk and curb ramp replacements. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 120 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. Any Contract or Contracts to be awarded are expected to be funded with assistance from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Clean Water Fund Program and is subject to all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Women's and Minority owned businesses, are encouraged to submit Bids for this Project. Bidders must demonstrate positive efforts to utilize DBEs. Failure to comply could result in disqualification of Bidder and termination of financial assistance or other sanctions. The successful Bidder will be required to conform to the wage requirements prescribed by the federal Davis-Bacon and Related Acts. All iron, steel, manufactured products, and construction materials shall also be produced in the United States and comply with the American Iron and Steel requirements.
