Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of all labor, materials, contractor's equipment, plants, and all else necessary to properly construct all improvements generally designated as Paving Maintenance 2026 (Westbury Farm), Sanitary and Improvement District No. 577 of Douglas County, Nebraska. The extent of the work consists of the construction or effectuation of the following items and associated preparatory and subsidiary work from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed: 1. Crack or Joint Repair - Type A: 285 LF 2. Concrete Pavement Repair - Large Area (Type OPW 4000): 145 SY 3. Concrete Pavement Repair - Small Area (Type OPW 4000): 355 SY 4. Repair Curb and Gutter: 10 LF 5. Unsuitable Subgrade Material: 10 CY 6. Sodding: 45 SY 7. Jet Existing Sanitary Sewer: 1,720 LF All work must be furnished in strict accordance with the prepared drawings and specifications. Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of $2,615.00 as a guarantee. The successful bidder is required to enter into a contract within ten days after Notice of Award and provide a bond for 100% of the bid price. Bidders may not withdraw proposals for a period of thirty days after the bid opening. The District reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
