Contractor shall provide waste collection services at Allegan County Park facilities as specified. Exhibit A shows maps of County Parks at which services are to be provided and the locations of dumpsters within them. Exhibit B lists the County Parks at which services are to be provided along with the number of containers, container size, and service frequency. Exhibit A and/or B are subject to annual revision by the County between January 1 and March 31 prior to each summer's Park season. Exhibit A and/or B are also subject to revision with 5 days’ written notice by either Party with mutual agreement. Contractor shall deliver containers at the start of the Parks season (typically in April) within five business days of receiving notice from the County.
