Sealed bids are requested for 2024 MA BANTA PLACE IMPROVEMENTS. Bidders are required to submit an original and two copies of their bids by certified mail, overnight or express mail, or hand-delivery, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bidder's name, address, and the project name. Bids must be received by the designated time and date; late submissions will be returned unopened. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000, from a surety authorized to conduct business in New Jersey, including a valid Power of Attorney. A Consent of Surety form is also required. Failure to submit a Consent of Surety will result in bid rejection. All bidders and named subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Labor and Workforce Development under the Public Works Contractor Registration Act when submitting. This project is partially funded by the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and all related program requirements must be met. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informalities, as allowed by law. No electronic bids are accepted. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
