Lake County, Florida invites sealed competitive bids to supply paving and striping services. This solicitation is a joint initiative between the Lake County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) and the Lake County Water Authority (LCWA). Each entity will separately manage contract awards, issue its own purchase orders, require separate invoicing, process payments independently, and provide its own tax exemption documentation if applicable. Vendors must examine all solicitation content including the General Terms and Conditions. All communication, inquiries, or requests for exceptions must be directed to the Contracting Officer listed in the solicitation. Vendors are responsible for ensuring receipt and acknowledgement of all addenda and supporting documents. Contractor shall install asphalt, milling of asphalt, asphalt repairs, sealcoating, limerock base material installation, 8" ribbon curb installation, and install/apply striping for various areas throughout Lake County. Work may occur at various county-owned facilities throughout Lake County.
