Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the FAI-CR7-3.390 Resurfacing Project. Bidders must obtain contract documents, bid sheets, plans, and specifications from the provided web address or at the Fairfield County Engineer's Office for a non-refundable fee. Bidders must be listed on the plan holders list to be considered responsive and responsible. Each proposal must include a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond as per Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security must be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in Ohio. Proposals must contain the full name of all parties submitting and interested in the proposal, and evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity must be submitted. Work may not begin before June 8, 2026, must be completed by August 7, 2026, and work duration shall not exceed three consecutive weeks. Contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as practicable. Compliance with Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for this public improvement is required. The Commissioners may waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
