Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Pickerington, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Fairfield County Utilities is requesting bids for the construction of a new lift station, control building, generator, associated civil work, electrical and instrumentation, and a sanitary sewer and force main connection to the existing system at 0 Birchwood Street, Pickerington, OH. Bids are requested for a General Contract covering all trades. Prospective bidders should obtain and register for the bidding documents through the Fairfield County Utilities website. All requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award are provided in the Instructions to Bidders included within the bidding documents. Question Deadline 11/27/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
