FACILITY The City of Pickerington, Fairfield County, Ohio ("the City") hereby requests Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified persons/firms ("firms") interested in providing professional Criteria Architectural/Engineering design services to the City for the design of a new Pickerington Police Department training facility.' Firms submitting an SOQ must be able to demonstrate the firm's history, experience and technical expertise in design and engineering. All questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail to City Engineer, Matt Weber, mweber@pickerington.net (contact person) no later than seven (7) days before the above-stated deadline for submission of the Statement of Qualifications. Question Deadline 02/28/2025 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The proposed new facility will be a stand-alone, one-story building located at 1311 Refugee Rd. in Pickerington, Ohio 43147. The building will be approximately four thousand (4,000) square feet for the anticipated use of police training and storage. The total project cost, including construction, site work, all A/E fees, permits, etc.
