Sealed proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program by Upper Providence Township, Delaware County for the Ridley Creek Road Restoration Project. The project consists of the following items of work: Site Preparation/Material Staging, Demolition, Erosion Controls & Perimeter Construction Fencing, Install Traffic Controls, Soiling Testing, Completed Grading plans that are sealed by a Professional Engineer with an engineered solution to stabilize the project area, Guide Rail Restoration, Mobilization, and Restoration of all disturbed areas. Each bid must be submitted online and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least ten percent of the total bid. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to bids greater or equal to $25,000. Township Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or parts thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding.
