Request for Proposals for multiple aggregate materials. All proposals must be submitted on the proposal forms provided in the RFP documents. Vendor must comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq., and NJAC 17:27. Prospective vendors are advised to review the RFP documents in their entirety and comply with all requirements set forth therein. Proposals may be hand delivered to the Office of the Township Clerk during business hours. The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all proposals that substantially or materially deviate from the specifications and required documents, and may waive immaterial irregularities and informalities in accordance with applicable law. This solicitation has been advertised in accordance with the 'Fair and Open' laws under N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4.
