Project has not yet been awarded and the timeline for award has not yet been established ** Sealed bids will be received for the Asphalt Sealing, Overlay and Repair Project located at multiple district school sites. Bids will be for the Construction Contract (Single Prime) and shall include all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, and services required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Each proposal shall contain the name of every person interested and meet the regulations of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such review as necessary to determine the responsibility of any bidder submitting a bid for the Project. Bidders must submit questions to the Architect in sufficient time in advance of the bid opening to allow the Architect to respond. All Addenda will be issued, except as hereinafter provided, and mailed or otherwise issued to persons who have obtained Contract Documents for the Project, at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the published time for the opening of bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays.
