The Town of Micanopy requests bids for construction services for a new 5,000 square foot community center, to be located on a portion of Alachua County Parcel number 16672 001-000 at 829 NE 1st Street, Micanopy, Florida 32667. The construction includes the building, parking, stormwater management, and onsite sanitary sewer septic system. Bidders must submit one original and three copies of their bid in a sealed envelope reflecting the bidder's name and marked as "Sealed Bid for the Town of Micanopy: Construction Services for the Micanopy Community Center, Bid #: 2026-03." The Town will consider all bids properly submitted at its scheduled bid opening. The bidder with the lowest responsive and responsible bid will be awarded the service contract. The Town of Micanopy will be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting agreement that is in its best interest. All procedures will be consistent with the Town's adopted procurement procedures and the rules and regulations of the Florida Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program.
