The work includes stormwater repairs at four locations in Colchester, which consist of: 1. Hercules Drive Culvert Replacement (CV 6305), 2. Hercules Drive Culvert Replacement (DP 6316), 3. Cobbleview Drive Catch Basin and Pipe Installation, and 4. Nice Way Pipe Investigation (DP 5605). Work must be completed in accordance with the contract documents and the Town of Colchester Department of Public Works Specifications and Standards, effective November 12, 2019. Full scopes of work, details, and plans are in Appendix C. Bidders must submit a certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount or a bid bond. A performance bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price is required. All bidders must notify the named contact of their intent to bid to be added to the Bidders List and receive contract documents and any addenda.
