Demolition and site work for a development in Colchester, Vermont. Completed plans call civil work for a conservation development.
The Vermont Fish and Wildlife Department is seeking a qualified contractor to demolish three farm structures, smooth the site, and seed the area. The work site is located off of Pine Island Road at the end of a farm road that appears as Shipmans Lane on some maps. The total work area is approximately 3 acres and consists of 3 buildings and a large yard with scattered farm debris. One of the buildings has an electrical hookup. Access is gained via Shipmans Lane. This road is in bad condition with many large potholes which are often full of water.
