The Town of Colchester is seeking separate sealed bids for the Canyon Road Gully Stabilization Project. The project involves building a temporary access road, filling and placing rock in the gully, and installing a new concrete structure. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, or a bid bond may be used in lieu of a certified check. A performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting at the project site due to the complexity of the site. Questions regarding the bid are due by the listed deadline, and interpretations will be provided by the stated date. Questions regarding the Bid are due by end of day on Friday April 17th 2026.
