Completion of the encapsulation of the existing roof using WeatherWeld 16-30 system and Title 24 compliant reflective roof coating at OCWD Building 540, Building 910, Microfiltration East Electrical Building, and Microfiltration West Electrical Building. All work, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to accomplish this must be furnished. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. All questions regarding the bid must be submitted in writing prior to the specified deadline. Work must be completed within one hundred (100) consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages imposed for any delay. Plans, specifications, and contract documents must be purchased from the specified source. The contractor and any subcontractors must pay prevailing wage rates as determined by the California Department of Industrial Relations. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid.
