The scope of work is the furnishing of all labor and materials and the performance of all work required for the 2026 Asphalt Paving Program at multiple listed schools. Instructions to bidders include that sealed bids must be hand delivered to the specified location by the designated deadline; mailed or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bidders must be present at the bid opening or the bid will be automatically rejected. The bid guaranty, in the form of a certified/cashier's check or bid bond, must accompany each bid and be not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The guaranty must be issued by a surety company with an A.M. Best Company rating of "A-" or better. Absence of this document will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
