Renovation of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Responsible contractors who have proper experience, equipment, and qualifications are invited to bid on work to replace the existing cooling tower at Jefferson CTC Tech A, as it is consistently leaking from the basin. The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, and materials necessary for the replacement. Additional measures to protect the longevity of the system have been provided, such as heat trace and insulation on exterior pipes, a cold basin heater, and a basket strainer. All work will be performed under the standard regulations for construction of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, Office for Capital Project Procurement and Office for Facilities Support Services. The intent of this project is to replace the existing cooling tower as it is consistently leaking from the basin. Further measures have been provided to protect the longevity of the system such as; heat trace and insulation on exterior pipes, cold basin heater and a basket strainer.
