Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cambridge, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Request for Tender is for Dayton Street Reconstruction and Grand River Watermain Decommissioning. The work for Dayton Street Reconstruction includes the construction of approximately 290 meters of 150mm diameter watermain, 210 meters of 300mm to 375mm storm sewer, 245 meters of 200mm diameter sanitary sewer, 2000 square meters of asphalt roadway, 810 square meters of concrete sidewalk, 560 meters of concrete curb, and other miscellaneous works. The work for Grand River Watermain Decommissioning involves cutting and capping existing watermains at various locations, removing existing valve boxes at various locations, filling abandoned watermains with grout or cement slurry, installation of a hydrant, installing water services, and restoration of the impacted areas. The work covers two private properties and four City roads. Bidders are invited to submit bids for the deliverables as described.
