Culvert Removal & Superstructure Installation for Pre-Fabricated Timber Bridge The Project consists of excavation, culvert removal, channel shaping, pile driving, riprap, abutment construction, pile cap construction, and assisting the Road Commission with setting the bridge deck panels for a pre-fabricated timber bridge at Lutz Road over Thunder Bay River. The Road Commission will then complete construction of the superstructure and associated road work. The timber bridge materials will be provided by the Montmorency County Road Commission.
