Site work for a civil project in Lewisville, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services related to potential construction projects for water and sewer infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, drainage infrastructure, and other infrastructure projects in the City of Lewisville, Arkansas. The projects may be funded by various federal sources including the Economic Development Administration, Department of Transportation, ARDOT, Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, USDA, and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Firms must have an active SAM.gov registration. Proposals must include one physical copy and one digital copy (USB drive). The selection will be based on evaluation criteria listed in the RFQ Package. Responses that do not fully address each criterion will be considered non-responsive and eliminated. The highest-scoring proposal will be offered the contract, which will be a lump sum contract subject to federal restrictions and approval. Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
