Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Johnston, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Removal and replacement of the parking lot at 6535 Corporate Drive, Johnston, Iowa 50131, and removal of existing retaining wall and tree, re-grading, and installation of new sidewalk at 6450 Corporate Drive, Johnston, Iowa 50131. Bids must be submitted on the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System and accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid must also include a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check from a solvent U.S. bank. Bidders must comply with all affirmative action and equal employment opportunity provisions of Iowa and federal governments. Substitute products can be considered if a written request is received prior to the bid opening. The project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax, and Davis Bacon Wages do not apply. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, and accept a bid deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa.
