Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wausau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

The Town of Wausau is accepting separate sealed bids for various roadwork items, including but not limited to: installation of rubberized crack sealant according to state specifications; supply and delivery of screened granite from specified locations; supply and delivery of state-approved road base and other stone materials; application of slag seal coat, patching, crack filling, and chip seal treatments of varying specifications; blacktop wedge patch application; pulverizing, compacting, grading, and paving operations on Del-Rio Rd.; crack sealing and application of GSB 88 coating. For specific items, construction signage and flagging are the responsibility of the awarded contractor. Bidders are required to mark the outside of their sealed bids to reflect which items they are bidding on, include all warranty papers, and blacktop completion will require an engineer's 10-year approval certificate. Billing must be completed per bid specifications, and the Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
