Question Cuttoff Date & Time 3/10/2026 05:00:00 PM (CT) Question submitted Electronically Scope of Work The County of Webb is seeking formal competitive bids from qualified contractors for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of traffic calming speed cushions at designated locations in Los Altos and Oilton, Texas. The purpose of this project is to reduce vehicular speeds, improve roadway safety, and enhance neighborhood traffic conditions while maintaining emergency vehicle accessibility. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, traffic control, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the installation of speed cushions in accordance with Webb County specifications and applicable state, local and federal standards. The work shall include, but is not limited to: o Attend pre-construction meeting(s) with County representatives. o Review approved installation locations. o Conduct field verification of measurements and site conditions. o Notify affected residents and businesses as directed by the County. o Coordinate with emergency services and utility providers as required.
