Professional services are requested for appraisal services, acquisition services, architecture, landscape architecture, geotechnical services, and testing services for various improvement projects. Appraisal services include acquiring rights-of-way, easements, or property on city projects. Acquisition services involve aiding in the procurement of property. Architecture services are for the design of city structures and buildings. Landscape architecture services are for the design of parks and public spaces. Geotechnical services include subsurface exploration and design. Testing services are for quality control on city projects. Qualifications statements will be evaluated on staff (number of personnel, local presence, subconsultants), technical capacity (experience and education), past performance, and similar projects. Three copies of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) or one electronic copy should be addressed to Ryan Carr, City of Springdale Engineering Department, 201 Spring Street, Springdale, AR 72764. Electronic copies can be emailed to rcarr@springdalear.gov. The initial qualification deadline is March 27, 2026, but qualifications will continue to be accepted in perpetuity.
