For professional services for various improvement projects in the City of Springdale. Professional services include Appraisal services for acquiring ROW, Easements, oproperty on city projects, acquisition services to aid in the procurement of property, architecture services for the design of city structures and buildings, landscape architecture services for design of parks and public spaces, geotechnical services for subsurface exploration and design, and testing services for quality control on city projects. The SOQ's will be used for selection of projects beginning in 2026. The selection of projects can include federal Davis Bacon wage requirements, compliance with the Buy American Preference, Buy America Preferences for Infrastructure Projects, Domestic Preferences for Procurements, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Certification regarding debarment, Fair Labor Standards Act.
