The San Jacinto River Authority seeks to enter into an Agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation (Respondent) with substantial and relevant experience and expertise to provide janitorial services. The successful Respondent must meet all requirements, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified. Bidders must login to the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace System (Ionwave) to download the RFP document for the bid schedule and further details.
