The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Francis Ballpark Sewer Project at the Francis Youth Sports Complex, 8012 St Johns Avenue in Palatka. The work includes the construction of a duplex grinder pump station with a Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) compliant control panel, approximately 1,600 linear feet of 2-inch diameter sanitary force main piping, approximately 80 linear feet of 2-inch diameter directional drill of force main, and approximately 1,713 linear feet of 4-inch diameter forcemain extension along St. Johns Avenue to serve the Francis Ballpark. The contractor shall ensure that all sanitary force main piping is constructed in accordance with the FDEP permit, specifications, and guidelines. All required testing and miscellaneous work to complete the project in accordance with the FDEP permit requirements and standard specifications shall be included in the bid price. Bidders must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the project.
