The City of Caldwell (City) has been awarded a FY2025 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment Grant (Grant) and is initiating this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from licensed and qualified firms interested in supporting implementation services related to the Grant. The selected firm will support a range of professional services associated with the Grant, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), reuse and cleanup planning, regulatory reporting, and public engagement. The Intent of the RFP is to comply with applicable City, State, and Federal regulations and laws, including but not limited to 2 CFR 200 and 1500 as well as 40 CFR 33. Question Deadline 03/16/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Question Response Deadline:March 24, 2026, 5:00pm, All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing through online (where the RFP is posted) or via email to the City of Caldwell's Purchasing Department at awhite@cityofcaldwell.org, in person questions will not be accepted or answered. The City of Caldwell reserves the right to amend the schedule as necessary. All times referenced are in Mountain Time. The City is not responsible for any costs that Proposers incur in preparing and submitting their proposals. This includes any expenses related to consultants, attorneys, or other professional services. This city will also not cover any costs or attorney fees related to disputes or challenges (administrative, legal, or otherwise) about the proposal evaluation, contract award, or proposal rejection. By submitting a proposal, each Proposer agrees to these terms and waives any right to claim such costs or expenses from the City.
