Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Peter, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major items of work consist of the following approximate quantities: Installation of new drain tile, 7,268 linear feet (various diameters 10 to 36 inches); connection of existing laterals, 12+; surface inlets, 8 each; jacked steel casing pipe, 80 linear feet (diameter 42 inches); common embankment, 2,860 cubic yards. The contract is a unit price contract described in detail in Division 0 of the Project Specifications. All work included in the contract other than warranty work shall be completed by September 1st, 2026. Warranty and Maintenance activities will extend to September 1, 2029. A bid bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid price is required for this project. Question Deadline 03/27/2026 Interpretations and clarifications considered necessary by the ENGINEER The project is located approximately 1,500 feet west of intersection CSAH 21 and 460th Lane near Courtland, MN. There will be no pre-bid meeting. Improvement It is the intent to provide a recommendation of award to the Nicollet County Drainage Authority for its consideration on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
