Furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct HWS Cleveland Tree Removal and Replacement for Sanitary and Improvement District No. 563, Douglas County, Nebraska, as per the plans and specifications. The work consists essentially of the following estimated quantities: clear and grub trees under 9" to 18" diameter (1 LS), install Ohio Buckeye (4 EA), install American Sycamore (11 EA), install Swamp White Oak (19 EA), install Adams Crabapple (3 EA), and install Tree Gator Original Slow Release Water Bag watering (38 EA, 20 trips). All proposals must be submitted on bid forms furnished by Lamp Rynearson and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in an amount not less than $1,800.00, payable to the Treasurer of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 563, as security that the successful bidder will enter into a contract and provide a contract and maintenance bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. All proposals must be enclosed in an envelope, sealed and addressed to the Clerk of Sanitary and Improvement District No. 563 and shall be marked "PROPOSAL FOR HWS CLEVELAND TREE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT" with the bidder's name and address on the envelope. The Bid Security shall be in a separate sealed envelope attached to the proposal envelope and marked "BID SECURITY" with the project identified thereon. The work shall be done under written contract with the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid in accordance with the requirements of the plans and specifications and as provided by law. Sanitary Improvement District 563 of Douglas County, Nebraska reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities and irregularities.
