The City of Raleigh is soliciting proposals to contract for services at the Raleigh Convention and Performing Arts Complex. The work involves managing the grease interceptors at the Raleigh Convention Center. The contractor must be a licensed general contracting firm and is required to respond in accordance with the stated requirements, specifications, commercial terms, and provisions. Services will commence upon contract execution, with the contract term expected to be three years and an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. Proposals must be submitted fully in accordance with all requirements and must respond to this solicitation as described. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference and site visit, and should direct all questions regarding the solicitation in writing by email. No late proposals will be accepted.
