The Consultant is expected to provide on or off-site support services for a minimum of one day per week up to three days per week, as determined by the Director of Public Works. The anticipated length of the contract is three years. Typical services to be provided include: perform plan reviews; support the Public Works Director/City Engineer; track project schedules, provide project coordination and management and various CIP projects as assigned; other duties as assigned or needed by the Public Works Director; developer project support; drafting and reviewing RFPs and project submittals; miscellaneous assistance related to Engineering questions; and acting as Contract City Engineer as necessary. Design services will not be included in this contract. Response is to be submitted electronically and must include the required checklist, Vendor Information Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Cover Letter, Proposal, and Contractor's Certificate Regarding Workers' Compensation.
