The Town of Collierville is seeking bids to enter into a contract with a contractor for hot mix asphalt to be picked up at the asphalt plant. Materials include base mixture 307-B, surface mixture 411-D, and surface mixture 411-E. The average annual purchase quantities are approximately 80 tons of 307B, 120 tons of 411E, and 2,350 tons of 411D. This is a term contract for purchasing materials on an as-needed basis. Bids must be submitted in a sealed and clearly marked envelope. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, accept bids in part or whole, waive defects or informalities, and to make awards as deemed in its best interest.
