Site work for an educational facility in Rosemead, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Question deadline: 03/26/2026. Sealed bids are invited for site improvements related to relocation and shade structures at Janson Elementary School. All bids must be submitted on specified forms and include a bid security of not less than 10% of the total bid price. Attendance at the entire mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk is required for eligibility. Required documents with each bid include the security, Non-Collusion Declaration, Iran Contracting Act Certificate, Public Works Contractor Registration Certification, the list of proposed subcontractors, and all additional materials specified in the instructions. The successful bidder must provide fingerprinting clearances for student safety and furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the contract price. All work must comply with prevailing wage requirements, labor codes, and Department of Industrial Relations registration. Bidders must hold a valid A or B contractor's license for the duration of the contract. The district will determine the lowest bid based on total price and reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities or informalities.
