Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool.
Renovation of the Curtis Hall pool and locker rooms, and upgrades to the mechanical equipment and roof. Trade categories for filed sub-bids include Electrical, Fire Protection, HVAC, Masonry, Painting, Plumbing, Roofing and Flashing, Tile, Waterproofing, Damp-proofing, and Caulking. General bids are for General Building Construction. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit, DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility (approved in the applicable trade/category), and a DCAMM Update Statement. Successful bidders must furnish a performance bond and labor and materials payment bond for 100% of the contract price. Bids may be submitted in person or online via the Trimble Unity Construct portal. Prevailing wages apply. All bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full requirements.
