The City invites sealed bids for the performance of work generally described as PWD Street Lighting Wire. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Invitation For Bids, including provisions related to bid deposits, insurance, and performance bonds as applicable. The supplies/services are to be procured for a 1-year term. Bids must be filed by the specified deadline and will be publicly opened. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or portions thereof, as deemed in the best interests of the City. The contract is subject to the availability of appropriations, and may be canceled if funds are not appropriated in any fiscal year. The maximum time for bid acceptance after opening is ninety days. Award is subject to the Mayor's approval.
