As of May 12, 2026, bids remain under evaluation. A recommendation for awards has been made and are in review. For the construction of a new Highway Garage & Salt Shed for: Contract 03: HVAC Construction excludes Salt Shed Bids are to include all required items listed in the Bidder s Checklist, including but not limited to, NonCollusion Certificate, Statement of Surety s Intent, and Certification of Compliance with the Iran Divestment Act, as required by General Municipal Law 103-g. Bidders are to follow the Instructions to Bidders and required to provide Bid Security in the sum of no less than 5% of the Bid Amount. Offers will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. Successful bidder will be required to provide Payment & Performance Bonds in the amount of 100% of their contract for this project. The Town of Chester is an equal opportunity employer.
