**As of August 20, 2026, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** The Work consists of interior renovations to Henderson Hall at the South Carolina School for the Deaf and the Blind in Spartanburg, SC. to include but not be limited to the following 1. Interior and Exterior Wall Systems Metal studs and drywall interior - plaster over masonry exterior. 2. Floor System: Existing Concrete slab with finishes described under finish systems. 3. Doors:Hollow metal and wood doors and hollow metal frames. 4. Finish Systems: a. Ceiling: Acoustical tile. b. Floor: LVT, sheet vinyl, ceramic tile. c. Walls: Painted drywall and plaster 5. Plumbing: Water, sanitary sewerage, and fixtures. 6. Electrical System: Interior and exterior general electrical wiring for lighting and electrical outlets and a service to meet electrical requirements. 7. Lighting: LED and controls. Work includes, but is not limited to, dorm renovations to Henderson Hall. Construction Cost Range $2,750,000 to $3,000,000 Work includes, but is not limited to, dorm renovations to Henderson Hall. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
