Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Underground storm drain soffit repair and reconstruction. Repair underground drain MTD 768 by replacing a 16.5 foot by 31 foot damaged section of the soffit. This will require excavation of Chevy Chase Dr. and cutting a 12 foot long section into the adjacent sidewalk to use the large catch basin gallery for access to the drain where the damage is located. The work is estimated to cost between $315,000 and $475,000 and shall be completed in 30 working days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
