Renovation of a municipal facility in Beaverton, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 83,000-square-foot, three-story above grade municipal facility.

The Project consists of sequenced interior remodeling and general building improvements to an existing 83,000 square foot three-story office building constructed in 1999 while remaining in use by the Owner. The work will include sequenced improvements and modification on all three floors of the facility, with approximately 27,000 square feet per floor. The Project will include demolition, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work to provide office, conference, washroom, lockeroom, and utility spaces. The Work Site is located at 15195 NW Greenbrier Parkway, Beaverton, Oregon 97006. The Project is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish additional bonds and insurance as prescribed. Bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board prior to submission and qualified under the applicable parts of ORS 279C. It is anticipated that asbestos will not be encountered and the Work does not involve asbestos. The Estimated Construction Cost of the Work is $4,787,000.
