Site work for an educational facility in Lenoir City, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for site work for a educational facility.

** As of 3/25/26, this bid solicitation has been withdrawn. This decision follows the discovery of additional work requirements identified which significantly impact the overall scope of the project. Given the newly identified elements, it is necessary to revise and expand the project scope to ensure all requirements are accurately defined and incorporated. As a result, the existing bid process is no longer valid in its current form. Project will REBID. ** We intend to update the project documentation accordingly and will reissue a revised solicitation once the scope has been fully reviewed and finalized. At that time, you will be invited to submit a new bid. Lenoir City Schools is accepting sealed bids for Domestic Water Holding Tank Replacement. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and permits necessary to remove the existing domestic water holding tank and install a new 432-gallon glass-lined domestic water holding tank with exterior insulation. Work includes reconnection of all associated piping and provision of crane and rigging services for tank placement. Lenoir City Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and/or technicities in any bid and award a contract after re-advertisement or negotiation. Lenoir City Schools reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part.
