The Municipal District of Provost No. 52 is accepting tenders for the supply and application of approximately 1,545,600 liters of MG 30 solution. The MG 30 is required for intersection washboard and dust control, as well as some full road stabilization. Tenders must include cost per liter, state whether prices include commissions earned by the Rural Municipalities of Alberta from approved suppliers, quote G.S.T. separately, and quote freight F.O.B. M.D. of Provost. Sealed tenders clearly marked “2026 MG 30 Program” must be submitted by the specified deadline. No faxed or emailed tenders are accepted, but amendments by fax or email are permitted as long as the original tender remains undisclosed. The M.D. reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and is not obligated to accept the lowest bid.
