The project involves the provision of roadside mulching services within the municipality. The work includes providing necessary staff and equipment, performing control measures for unwanted vegetation via mulching from a prescribed list of rights of way or any location requested by the Agriculture Service Board Fieldman and/or the Public Works Operations Managers, disposal of cut vegetation at a site provided by the Municipality where necessary, provision of signage when necessary, and the ability to perform the work when requested. Substantial completion of the work is to be achieved by October 1st, 2026. Proponents are required to submit hardcopy proposals clearly marked with the project name by the specified deadline. The submission must include a company profile, equipment and staff inventories, evidence of ability to complete the work, at least two references, a definitive cost estimate with mobilization costs separated, and a cost per unit for vegetation removal including staff and equipment. Faxed or emailed submissions are not accepted. All quotations will be evaluated on cost estimate (30%), company profile and experience (40%), and references (30%).
