Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Newark, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
As per the Owner the project has been postponed. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. Bid # 25-255-R is for West Side Park HVAC Improvements. The performance period is ninety (90) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. A non-refundable fee of $100.00 is required to obtain plans and specifications, which must be picked up in person at the Office of Purchasing, Room 335, at 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Newark, N.J. 07102. Payment must be made by check payable to County of Essex or by cash in the exact amount. Plans and specifications are only available in paper form and not electronically. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. All questions are to be submitted in writing to the Office of Purchasing (via fax #973-621-5109 or email at procurequestions@admin.essexcountynj.org) no later than 4:30 PM at the end of business day, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of date as stated above.
