Sealed bids are requested for the removal and replacement of blower units at two municipal pump stations. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to remove the existing obsolete blowers and install new blower units for the Department of Utility Operations, Division of Wastewater Collection. Specifications and bid instructions may be obtained from the Office of the Director of Utilities, City Building, Ashland, Kentucky. Bidders are advised that the City of Ashland reserves the right to accept all or part of a bid, or to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City of Ashland , Kentucky is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of blower units at two municipal pump stations . The project includes the replacement of three (3) blowers at the 10th Street Pump Station and three (3) blowers at the 26th Street Pump Station . The successful bidder shall furnish all labor , materials , equipment , and services required to remove the existing obsolete blowers and install new blower units . The scope of work includes , but is not limited to , removal and proper disposal of existing equipment , any necessary modifications or adaptations to accommodate the new blowers , and complete installation and commissioning of the new equipment to ensure proper operation . The bid price shall be allinclusive and shall cover all costs associated with the project , including transportation , shipping , labor , tools , materials , lodging , meals , and any other incidental expenses incurred by the vendor . The vendor shall be fully responsible for coordinating and providing all required shipping and delivery of equipment to the project sites .
