Description

Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Safe Harbor of Northeast Kentucky, Inc. and the City of Ashland are seeking proposals for the purchase of all labor, materials, and equipment for roof replacement on Building #2 Scope of Work: Remove existing shingles and replace with new shingle roofing. Install minimum of 30 # underlay. Repair or replace wood decking, gutters, downspouts, soffit, eaves, fascia, gables, and gable vents as necessary. Dumpster and all cleanup must be included in price. Vendor must do their own measurements to determine quantity. Prevailing wage rates must be included in price. Having carefully examined the site(s) of the proposed work and being fully informed in regard to the conditions to be met in the work, and having read and examined the Information for Bidders, Form of Proposal, Standard General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, Supplemental General Conditions, Detail Specifications, Contract Forms and Plans pertaining to this work, all of which the Bidder considers a part of this Proposal, and having had all questions or apparent discrepancies fully cleared up, the undersigned proposes to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment required to perform the work described above in accordance with the contract documents within sixty (60) consecutive days from the Notice to Proceed at the lump sum price stated below. The Bidder agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening.
